1. Introduction

Welcome to Tenza. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tenza website and daily number puzzle at tenza.fun (the "Service"), operated by Avari BV ("Avari", "we", "us").

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using Tenza.

2. The Service

Tenza is a free browser-based number puzzle. We may add, change, suspend or remove puzzles, features or availability. We aim to keep the Service working, but do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Game progress and results may be stored in your browser. Clearing browser storage, changing device or browser, or a technical failure may remove that local information.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Tenza for personal, lawful enjoyment. You must not:

• break any applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• interfere with, overload, damage or circumvent the Service or its security;
• introduce malicious code or use automated tools in a way that disrupts Tenza;
• impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or misuse the feedback and subscription forms.

4. Daily emails and communications

If you choose to subscribe, Tenza may send you a daily puzzle notification. You can unsubscribe using the link in any Tenza email. We may also send strictly necessary service messages concerning your request or the operation and security of the Service.

You are responsible for providing an email address you are entitled to use and for keeping it accurate.

5. Feedback and submissions

You remain responsible for the content you send through the Feedback form. Do not submit confidential information, unlawful content, malicious code, or personal data about another person unless you are entitled to do so.

You grant Avari a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use suggestions and non-confidential feedback to operate, maintain and improve Tenza. This does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, visual design, branding, puzzles, text, graphics, audio and other original material, belongs to Avari or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and use Tenza in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

7. Third-party services and links

Tenza may rely on or link to third-party services, including services used for analytics, email delivery and form protection. If Google Ads is later added for advertising or conversion measurement, it will be covered by the Privacy Policy and enabled only with the consent required by applicable law. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites or services that we do not control.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not give warranties that Tenza will meet every requirement, that every puzzle or result will be free from error, or that local progress will never be lost.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory guarantee or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avari is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by our breach.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Tenza, other users or third parties, investigate misuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these Terms. You may stop using Tenza at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Service. Continuing to use Tenza after revised Terms take effect means the revised Terms apply to your later use.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern amicably.

Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium, Antwerp judicial district, Mechelen division.
